  2. I would love to try this!

  3. And also use a non perfume soap has helped me over the years!

  4. Pamelita M says:

I drink lots of water and avoid sugars

  5. Brit says:

Never use soap it dries out your skin horribly, always use a cleanser for your specific face type, (dry, oily) and drink tons of water!

  6. Jacqueline P. says:

Actually, baby wipes have been my way to prevent breakouts lately, and the little bottles of clearasil you can find at the Dollar Tree. I would love to try these though! I have tried the “Say Yes to Carrots” but this is the first time I’ve seen this product and it looks very interesting :)

  7. colleen boudreau says:

Wash your makeup off before you go to bed.

  8. Mary says:

Breakouts are the worst! My go-to tip to preventing them is diet control, limiting sugars, caffeine and dairy and maximizing the water content of my food, eating plenty of fruits and veggies, flushing my system of toxins that might manifest themselves on my face in the form of a nasty breakout. Once you have a pimple, getting rid of it is hard enough so why not just prevent them in the first place? Keep hair away from your face, avoid touching your skin and use safe, break-out proof makeup, if any at all. :)

  9. Katy W. says:

For me, the best way I’ve found to prevent breakouts has been drinking more water and washing my face morning and night

  10. Bonnie says:

Clean your face every morning and every night. Really keeps my skin top notch

  11. Kristina Vieweg says:

Yes! What Carolyn said…change you pillowcase and sheets twice a week! it really helps!

  12. Liz says:

Make sure to take your makeup off THOROUGHLY at the end of the day.

  13. Neisha Jo says:

Use different cleansers for the morning vs. night. After a long day out in the gross world, you should use a face wash with a little extra oomph! In the morning, you’ve slept all night, your skin has repaired itself and doesn’t need as harsh a cleanser. Doing so could dry your skin out and cause it to overproduce oil, thereby producing pimples. I recommend Cetaphil (dry skin) or another non-foaming cleanser for the morning.

  14. Susan P. says:

For some reason, this week my chin and jaw areas are getting breakouts! I could use this product!

Keep your hands away from your face and wash with a gentle cleanser at night.

  15. Ann says:

The fewer ingredients products have, the fewer potential irritants.

  16. Mary W says:

Wash your hands with soap for longer than you think. Pimples come from bacteria and not from diet!

  17. ConnieC says:

Use different types of moisturizers for day and night.

  18. Cat says:

Never fall victim to washing your face with hand soap… yep, I’ll admit to doing this before during desperate times at work.

  19. Julie says:

I live by using my Clarisonic! It works wonders!

  20. J Kim says:

I make sure to keep hair styling products away from hair that will touch my face, or make sure the product won’t break me out.

  21. Chelsea says:

Drink lots of water and and exfoliate!

  22. christina says:

I wash my face with a gentle cleanser several times a day. I know it sounds extreme, but it’s helped my skin clear up. I also try to use organic/natural products on my face

  23. Janice says:

lots of water and clean face before I go to bed

  24. Elle says:

Wash your face with warm water and cleanser to open and clear pore, then rinse your face with cool water to close pores and gently towel dry. Also applying a thin layer of moisturizer afterward is a good idea.

  25. BeautyAllThat says:

to prevent breakouts, cleanse my face during the day so it doesn’t get too oily throughout the day.

I currently use the Yes to Tomatoes cleansing gel and love it! It’s gentle for my skin and works well! Would like to try these facial pads as they look great for traveling!

  26. sharon says:

To prevent breakouts I gently wash with a mild cleanser and try not to touch my face too much.

  27. Kirsten says:

I make sure to cleanse my skin before bed.
