For those who subscribe to this belief and want a nice clean line on their lashes, the Wetnwild MegaEyes Defining Marker is an eye liner that easily makes neat, natural lines. The formula is a nice hybrid of a regular eyeliner and liquid. As a shortcut to a perfect look we liked applying this liner on first, and then putting on our shadow afterward.
