With its self-adapting moisture complex, your lips get the benefit of hyaluronic acid, collagen, a SPF of 18, and vitamins A, C, E. They have a large selection – there are 24 shades to choose from. We found that the lipstick really worked as advertised when it came to lip softening, but it only lasts for a few hours before you need to wipe off and start again.

L’Oreal Paris Collagen Moisture Filler Day Lotion

At last, we have found a day moisturizer that is truly effective at reducing the appearance of fine lines without a greasy feel. Heavy moisturizers may work well, but they hardly feel comfortable underneath makeup. We like L’Oreal’s Collagen Moisture Filler Day Lotion. It’s a light lotion, but it drastically improves the condition of your skin. We saw results in about a week. Why is collagen so important? Collagen is a protein that acts as a main connective tissue. Unfortunately, as we age, the amount of collagen in the body decreases, setting the stage for unjust imperfections such as marionette lines and forehead creases.

L’Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze One Day Tinted Gel

Although self-tanner is an easy way to get a summer tan, many women just don’t want to go through the process. You need to exfoliate the skin before self-tanning, and put lemon juice on your palms to avoid having orange hands after application. The smell of self-tanner is not always pleasant. And there has been recent news of studies that show that the chemicals in self-tanner actually may make your skin more prone to UV damage and its resulting cancer. Whatever your reason, L’Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze One Day Tinted Gel is a welcome alternative. After you apply your lotion, you just use the tinted gel for instant color. It contains natural colorant and golden pearls. The golden pearls are very fine, so instead of a glitter it more so gives your skin a natural glow. The gel washes off in the shower so it’s goof proof. We experimented by using it for a day at the pool, and surprisingly, it didn’t rub off on the towel or the pool chair.

Eucerin Plus Intensive Repair Lotion

If you have seriously dry skin, you may want to try Eucerin Plus Intensive Repair Lotion. Made with alpha hydroxy acid and urea, it exfoliates skin and drenches it in moisture. Alpha Hydroxy acids are obtained from fruit or milk sugars and work to remove dead skin cells. This formula is also fragrance free, so those with sensitive skin don’t have to worry. We consider this to be a winter lotion. It’s intense enough for very dry or cracked skin. However, in humid weather it can give a skin a sticky feeling.

WetnWild Intuitive Blend Shade Adjusting Foundation + Primer

Lately we’ve noticed that WetnWild cosmetics has been churning out some really high quality products but at the same inexpensive prices. Our latest favorite is their Intuitive Blend Shade Adjusting Foundation + Primer. Priced at around $6, this is probably the most reasonably priced foundation you’ll ever buy! The foundation starts out white, then adjusts to match your skin color exactly. You don’t have to spend too much time in the store deciding what your color is – there are 4 color ranges to choose from (Fair, Light, Medium, and Tan). What we liked the most about this foundation is that it delivered a matte finish with natural looking coverage, which is a combination that is hard to find.

Aveeno Positively Nourishing Body Wash

Anyone with sensitive skin severe enough to prompt trips to the dermatologist has known about Aveeno for ages. The natural and soothing ingredients in their products have always won over people with issues such as dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis. Lately Aveeno has been branching out – completely revamping their body wash and moisturizer line. We tried their new Positively Nourishing Body Wash. It’s lightly fragranced with Pomegranate and is very gentle on the skin. Rice beads and walnut shells give the product a unique look, and work to exfoliate dead skin cells. What we loved the most about this product is that we got soft skin and a nice scent, but no irritation.
