We have found the most luxurious drug store brand day cream! Lumene’s Pure Radiance Day Cream is rich without being too greasy. It has a great fresh scent and contains vitamin Cc to brighten the complexion, plant sterols for moisture balance, and antioxidants to protect the skin from future aging. We really liked the feel of it and the texture it gave our skin. It serves as an excellent base to prep your skin for foundation. However, if you have oily skin this is probably too heavy for you as a daytime moisturizer.

Revlon Just Bitten Lipstain and Balm

If you hate the feeling of wearing lipstick but still want color you would probably like Revlon’s Just Bitten Lipstain and Balm. The feel is as if you’re just wearing chapstick, and the color lasts all day long. The stain looks great and lets you have color without looking too ‘done’. You apply the stain first and give it some time for the color to set. Then you apply the balm, which contains Vitamin C. Our favorite part about this is that it’s goof-proof – no leaving lipstick on cups or worrying about it smearing after eating. There are ten different shades so you can choose how natural you want to make your look. Our personal favorite was Beloved, which is a very flattering shade of berry.

L’Oreal’s Revitalift Radiant Smoothing Wet Cleansing Towlettes are hands down the best face cloths for removing makeup that we’ve ever used. These cloths remove all of your makeup instantly, and we even got great results with waterproof mascara. The cloths also exfoliate your skin and contain nutrients like Vitamin C so your skin is in better condition with every use. This is also a great option if you have sensitive skin and want to remove dead skin but don’t want the irritation that scrubs can leave behind. This is marketed toward women with aging skin, but we recommend this to people of all ages.
