My Thanksgiving will sadly be without my family, since they’re in the Midwest and I’m in New York. Instead, I’ll be working the night shift at my job (I’m a public defender). I hope to help those who are less fortunate than I am this year…and I also hope one of my co-workers will bring me some stuffing. :)). Happy Thanksgiving!

Our family doesn’t celebrate a traditional Thanksgiving – we just eat a lot of good Korean food!
I’m on the lookout for some new concealer 🙂

This is the first year that nobody came home for the holiday 🙁 My kids have all grown and left me all alone, how dare they grow up and get lives. But I did talk to each of them (3) and since they work in retail while going to college they had to work late the night before and started early the day after due to the Black Friday sales. So for a holiday it was just quiet, not something I’m used to, and I hope it will never happen again because I didn’t like it.

For Thanksgiving I helped my mom make the Thanksgiving dinner because she is recovering from a broken hip. I also spent part of the day with my two nieces. So I just spent some much needed quality time with my family.
