It definitely volumizes lashes as promised, and…it didn’t clump. The secret seems to be the brush. We found that wiggling the wand at the base of the lashes for more impact didn’t work well with this mascara—it causes the lashes to stick together. You’ll get the best results by applying it in a traditional upward swipe. No need to do two coats of Voluminous Million Lashes Excess Mascara, just one is all you need!
